Frank’s RedHot launches ‘edible NFT’

Franks Redhot edible nft

There is no limit as to what brands will do to join the NFT craze, while it is still hot.

Hot sauce maker Frank’s RedHot is adding a new twist, introducing what they are calling ‘edible NFTs’.

On Thursday, the brand announced the launch of their edible NFT, or eNFT in short, as well as a spoof cryptocurrency dubbed ‘Bonecoin’.

This is for a promotion that will run through the Super Bowl weekend.

Buyers will scan images of their chicken wing bones to earn Bonecoin. The fan with the most Bonecoin will win the Frank’s RedHot NFT and an edible replica it’s referring to as the eNFT.

The company has even enlisted the services of Eli Manning to hype the NFT and Bonecoin. He will be giving out free hot wings from Frank’s Wing Wagon on Feb. 2 in New York City at West 49th St. between 5th and 6th Ave.

Frank’s RedHot also had a similar marketing stunt last spring, where they gave out 3 NFTs.
